How do I place an order at IMAKIN?
Select the options at the article and click 'add to shopping cart'.
Step 1: Select a payment method and click on 'checkout' (or click on 'continue shopping' if you'f like to order more products).
Step 2: Fill out the personal information and click 'checkout'.
Step 3: Check your order and take notice of the Terms&Conditions. After you've accepted the Terms&Conditions, click 'confirm your order'.
Step 4: Depending on the selected payment method you're transferred to the next page. After a correct payment, you'll receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
Which payment methods are accepted at IMAKIN?
iDEAL: during the ordering process you pay with your bank account.
PayPal: during the ordering process you pay with your PayPal-account. You need a registration at PayPal for this. With PayPal you can pay with your credit card or bank account. Your details are protected by PayPal and is a very safe payment method.
Bank transfer: you pay your order upfront by bank transfer. After your payment is received, your order will be shipped.
Sofort banking / Bancontact / Mr Cash: during the ordering process you pay with your bank account (available for German and Belgian customers).
What are the delivery times and shipment fees?
Your order will be shipped within 2 working days. If this is not feasible, you'll be notified by e-mail.
The Netherlands: Shipments via PostNL has an average delivery time of 1-2 working days (except monday and national holidays) within The Netherlands. For all orders a contribution of €3,45 to the shipment fee is charged. Orders of €75,- or over are shipped free.

IMAKIN is not responsible for any delays at PostNL, DHL, UPS or other shipment companies.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.
RETURN / CANCELLATION
Is it possible to cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been shipped, it is possible to cancel your order. Contact the customer service and provide your order number. You'll receive a confirmation e-mail if cancellation is possible.
In case the order is already on its way, your order will be delivered. You can ofcourse use the possibility of returning your order.
Is it possible to return my order?
Undamaged products can be returned under the following conditions:
- you can only return a product within 14 days after delivery. The term starts at the day after the delivery of the order.
- notify the customer service before returning the product.
- the returned product is only accepted when it's in original state and in the original packaging.
- the (copy) of the invoice should be included in the return shipment.
Return shipments are at the risk of the customer. This means that IMAKIN is not responsible for damages or loss of returned products.

How can I return my order to IMAKIN?
When above stated conditions are met the product(s) can be returned as described below:
Step 1: Notify the imakin customer service and state the order number, the product that you'd like to return and (if possible) the reason of return.
Step 2: You'll receive a confirmation e-mail for your return with further instructions for your return shipment.
Step 3: Pack the product together with the packaging slip / (copy) invoice in sturdy packaging. Send it to IMAKIN (Hoendiepstraat 13, 3522 GA Utrecht, The Netherlands).
Return shipments are for the cost and risk of the customer. This means that IMAKIN is not responsible for any damage or loss of the returned products.
Step 4: You'll receive a confirmation e-mail about the delivery of your return shipment and any repayments.
Do I have any warranty on IMAKIN products?
For all IMAKIN products, legal warranty applies. This means that an article should be in good shape and should function normally. In case you received a product that does not meet your expectations, please contact imakin. imakin will make sure a suitable solution will be found.
I have received a damaged/defect product. What should I do?
If you have received a damaged/defect or the product has broken during the term of 14 days, you can return it free of charge. Please, contact the customer service in advance.
