Is it possible to cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been shipped, it is possible to cancel your order. Contact the customer service and provide your order number. You'll receive a confirmation e-mail if cancellation is possible.
In case the order is already on its way, your order will be delivered. You can ofcourse use the possibility of returning your order.
Is it possible to return my order?
Undamaged products can be returned under the following conditions:
- you can only return a product within 14 days after delivery. The term starts at the day after the delivery of the order.
- notify the customer service before returning the product.
- the returned product is only accepted when it's in original state and in the original packaging.
- the (copy) of the invoice should be included in the return shipment.
Return shipments are at the risk of the customer. This meas that IMAKIN is not responsible for damages or loss of returned products.

How can I return my order to IMAKIN?
When above stated conditions are met the product(s) can be returned as described below:
Step 1: Notify the imakin customer service and state the order number, the product that you'd like to return and (if possible) the reason of return.
Step 2: You'll receive a confirmation e-mail for your return with further instructions for your return shipment.
Step 3: Pack the product together with the packaging slip / (copy) invoice in sturdy packaging. Send it to IMAKIN (Hoendiepstraat 13, 3522 GA Utrecht, The Netherlands).
Return shipments are for the cost and risk of the customer. This means that IMAKIN is not responsible for any damage or loss of the returned products.
Step 4: You'll receive a confirmation e-mail about the delivery of your return shipment and any repayments.
Do I have any warranty on IMAKIN products?
For all imakin products, legal warranty applies. This means that an article should be in good shape and should function normally. In case you received a product that does not meet your expectations, please contact imakin. imakin will make sure a suitable solution will be found.
I have received a damaged/defect product. What should I do?
If you have received a damaged/defect or the product has broken during the term of 14 days, you can return it free of charge. Please, contact the customer service in advance.
